Safer Neighbourhood Team - March update

Spondon SNT would like to remind people to continue to ensure that their vehicles are kept secure.

Don’t leave any valuables on display, even a cable used to connect your music player to your car or a sat nav charging cable can suggest there is the possibility of valuables within the vehicle!

Please ensure that keyless entry vehicles are locked.  Having the keys on a table in the hallway can still provide enough signal to enable someone to open a door on the car, thus leaving it insecure.

PCSO 3826 Matt Thurman of Spondon Safer Neighbourhood Team will keep local residents informed of the SNT’s whereabouts, update the community with news, safety advice and preventative measures.  He will also promote police surgeries and events, re-Tweet any useful information from relevant and local sources and use the medium of Twitter to engage with the public we serve.  Follow us: @SpondonSNT
