Spondon has three regular Youth Clubs, each with weekly nights which include a range of entertainment and activities such as pool, music, arts and crafts, cooking, sweet shop, quizzes and more.
The clubs aim to offer something to do, somewhere to go and someone to talk to. They are run by Derby City Council's Youth Service team.
The regular weekly youth club nights/venues are:
Mondays:
Springfield School, from 5.30pm – 8.30pm. Age 8 – 11 years. 50p per person.
Wednesdays:
Craddock Ave Community Room, from 6.15pm – 8.45pm. Age 11 - 14 years. 30p per person.
Thursdays:
Stoney Lane Scout Hut, from 6.15pm – 8.45pm. Age 11 - 16 years. 30p per person.
In addition to the weekly club nights, there are often additional activities also taking place.
