The following rules and terms apply to our current competition:
- All entries to the competition are subject to the following rules. Anyone entering the competition is deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them.
- The competition prize consists of one copy of the DVD 'Derby Then and Now'. No alternative prize can be offered.
- Closing date for the competition is Sunday 5th September 2010 at 11pm. Any entries received after that time will not be counted.
- A winner will be chosen at random on Monday 6th September from all the entries received. The winner will be notified by email and will have 7 days in which to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within those 7 days, another random draw will take place to select an alternate winner.
- The winner agrees to have their first name, initial and location made available on the website. (Eg 'Alison T of Spondon').
- The personal information you submit as part of your entry will not be used for any purpose other than your competition entry and will not be shared with anyone else. Entrants who select to subscribe to the Spondon Email Newsletter will have their email address subscribed to the newsletter mailing list only.
- The Editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition.
