Safer Neighbourhood Team update - July 2015

Spondon SNT would continue to remind residents to keep your vehicles locked and with nothing on show within, even in the hot weather, don’t leave your windows open as this can be tempting to criminals.

Please also ensure your bicycles are sufficiently secured when you aren't using them.

Due to the current rise of auto-crime and bicycle thefts in the local area, we are holding crime prevention, safety and security events over the summer for you. We’ll be offering advice on keeping your vehicle/bicycles safe and secure and answering any question you may have.

Mon 27th July, 2pm - Sainsbury's, Chaddesden
Wed 12th August, 2pm - Travelodge/Toby Carvery, Chaddesden
Sat 29th August, 4pm - Morrisons, Derby

Spondon SNT is also holding a FREE Number Plate Security Event where we will be fitting
anti-theft screws to prevent the theft of your number plates, a rising crime in the local area.
Please come along to ASDA, Spondon on 31st July between 9am and 3pm. It takes around one minute to fit them and could prevent your plates being used in the commission of a crime elsewhere! #DontForgetYourCar!
