Spondon Safer Neighbourhood Team have seen a recent increase in Non Dwelling offences around Spondon.
This includes breaking into garden shed, garages and various other out buildings and stealing items such as pedal cycles, lawnmowers and other gardening equipment.
In response to this your local police team will be holding a property marking event on Thursday 25th July between 6-8pm at the Spondon Police Office, located on Sitwell Street between The Meatloaf butchers and Shoe Stop. There is limited parking at the rear of the station.
People are invited to bring down their items that are kept in outdoor sheds and garages and it will be security marked free of charge. We will also be able to property mark pedal cycles.
