There is a meeting for all those who may be interested in the proposed Steering Group for the new Community Managed Library.
Heather Rabett of DHA says: "I have arranged the initial ‘set up’ Spondon CML steering group meeting and I hope you will come along to bring your local knowledge to the table and to contribute your views and ideas for the library going forward.
We will be developing action plans for each CML and are undertaking extensive consultation to identify priorities for each are. We also want to find out how and what local people can contribute in Spondon and recruit new library volunteers.
By attending this meeting, there is no obligation for you to join the group, simply come along and see what you think.
